As you can hear in the sound clips below, the bass has a clear, biting tone that is just awesome. There's plenty of growl in this one!

Here's a quick clip of this bass multi-tracked finger style on Taj Mahal's "She Caught The Katy" done in the style of the Blues Brothers. Duck Dunn's bass part is one of my all-time favorite lines. I did two parts on this clip: "bass bass" and "rhythm bass". The bass was plugged direct into my Boss BR-600 recorder. And just 'cause I can, here's the isolated "bass bass" track. That'll let you hear the bass's character like you're right here in the room with me playing it.
