"Throughout my years of reviewing bass gear I had never come across anything really unique...that is, until I got my paws on the new Hellborg preamp. Jonas Hellborg and the Warwick team have created a preamp that is unlike anything I have experienced before. The Hellborg Preamp is truly 'High Definition' bass processing. The signal is crystal clear, yet warm and organic sound. I must admit that I did not completely understand the meaning of the ' coil-based' EQ, but I can tell you that it is the strongest, most musical EQ I have ever used. I am struggling trying to find the words to truly express how cool the Hellborg Preamp is, but I am afraid you will just need to try it for yourself. It will blow your mind."
