guitars and amplifiers since the 1970s. Specializing in guitar setups and frets, he knows how to
optimize your treasured or less-expensive guitar.
He often amazes customers with what he can do to make any guitar play its very best.
In addition to guitar, Dan has been restoring, repairing, and building tube guitar amps
for many years. He specializes in vintage style tube amps, but he has repaired and serviced
hundreds of vintage and modern amps from boutique point-to-point construction to pc-board
hybrid and solid state electronic amps.
The majority of guitar and amplifier repairs are done in shop. Occaisionally, we need to send
amps out for specialized repair. We don't attempt any job that we are
not qualified to handle. For specialized electronics work, we call on Roger at
Universal Electronics a former lead
technician at Marshall who as worked on many famous rockers' amplifiers.
We are very lucky to be able to consult with our a large network of friends that are expert engineers
and technicians. We also return the karma by sharing our expertise with our customers.

Charges are based time involved in the service and price for parts. We do our best to keep these charges to an absolute minimum.
