Serial Number 1809 is great example of Gerard Melancon's craftsmanship. An amazing Spalted Maple top is finished in a lovel color that Gerard calls Spalt Burst. The top, the front finish and the back finish all go together like peas and carrot, this is a jaw droppingly gorgeous guitar. As good as these photos make the top look, it's seriously even more beautiful in person.
