Description
I love the Aguilar OBP-1 preamp so I have it installed in two of my personal basses. The preamp retains that natural, passive sound of your pickups while also providing the ability to boost lows and highs as needed. I like to wire mine up with a passive tone control (not included) so that I can cut highs, as well.
The OBP-1 comes in two packages. The "SK" version has a stacked 25K pot that puts the treble and bass controls together on one pot. The "TK" version provides two separate 25K pots. This particular item is the "TK" version.
